A cuff bangle is a solid open-ended bracelet that is not a complete circle. They are often preferred due to the ability to adjust them so that they can fit more comfortably on the wrist.
A cuff bangle should fit comfortably, usually sat slightly further up the wrist. Cuff bangles should be able to be placed on the wrist using the opening and once shaped to your wrist it should move around the wrist without falling off.
Yes they can but, as with any piece of jewellery, they cannot constantly be readjusted as this can weaken the metal.
When you first get a cuff bangle, we usually advise to adjust your cuff bangle so it feels secure but make sure the open end is still big enough to remove the bangle. Once adjusted to this sweet spot, there shouldn't be the need to keep adjusting it.

As with all of your jewellery, we recommend removing any jewellery when doing any activities, such as exercise or swimming in chlorinated pools, as this may cause any damage or risk of catching.
