Aftercare
Whether it’s the jewellery you wear every day or a treasured piece that only comes out on special occasions, tarnish (when your jewellery turns black) gets to all of our most loved jewellery.
What We Recommend
All our products are made from 925 silver. Due to the nature of silver after a while you may notice it tarnish (blacken) slightly from exposure to natural elements.
To prevent this from happening, store your jewellery in an air tight container or jewellery box when not wearing it.
Keep your jewellery separate to prevent any scratches from occurring.
Apply moisturisers, perfumes and any other lotions before putting on your jewellery; as this can also cause your jewellery to tarnish.
We recommend giving it a regular clean with a polishing cloth or using our eco cleaning method to keep it looking shiny and new!
Repairs
We will repair or replace items that are faulty within 30 days of purchase. If the item has been damaged by the wearer there will be a charge for this service.
