At ANUKA, we design our pieces to be worn for a lifetime. This is where our repair service can help provide that longevity, ensuring that your cherished pieces are restored to new. Whether it's fixing a fastening, repairing earring posts, or resetting a stone.
Please detail within the order notes at the checkout what your repair is, as well as your name and phone number and we will be in touch to give you a quote for the required work.
Lead time: 3-5 weeks.

Shipping & Returns
All jewellery is sent in recycled and recyclable packaging. Once your order is made, we use a tracked next day service which requires a signature.
Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our collections, if your item is out of stock please allow 7-10 days. We will notify you if this is the case. Please make a note at the checkout if you require your order for a specific date and we will do our best!

Every item of jewellery is handcrafted in the UK. Alongside our Cheshire-based workshop, we work together with the very best skilled crafts people at different stages of the making process, from lost wax casting, to stone setters and our Fairmined gold platers.

Our sustainable jewellery collections are created using Fairmined Gold and 100% recycled silver. It is important to have that fine balance between limiting environmental impact through the use of 100% recycled silver and also supporting the livelihoods of those who are reliant on the mining sector by making with Fairmined gold.
